We are incredibly proud to introduce Jacob Walker as our new Senior Marketing Manager. Jacob brings a remarkable level of strategic expertise to our team. However, what truly makes him a perfect fit for M&M Quality Solutions is his deep commitment to people-first marketing and collaboration.

We want you to get to know Jacob. 

A Career Built on Strategy and Leadership

Jacob steps into his role with over 10 years of experience driving growth across the transportation and custom manufacturing industries. Over his career, he has successfully led multi-channel marketing strategies, managed complex website portfolios, and built high-performing campaigns that genuinely connect with audiences. He knows the technical side of demand generation, SEO, and performance analytics inside and out.

Yet, if you ask Jacob about his approach to marketing, he will not start by talking about algorithms or lead metrics. He will talk about stories and partnership.

For Jacob, the decision to join M&M came down to the leadership and the culture. Having known CFO Lori Gorman from a previous company, he always respected her strong perspective and approachable demeanor. Combined with CEO Brian McMaster’s visible passion for people, the company’s emphasis on transparency and honesty made it the exact kind of team he wanted to be a part of.

The Meaning of People-First Marketing

At M&M Quality Solutions, our core mission is to change people’s lives. We want to operate as true partners with our clients, and that partnership begins with how we treat our internal team and how we share our clients’ journeys. Jacob embodies this exact mindset.

When asked what “people-first” means to him in the context of marketing, his perspective is rooted in authenticity. “It means genuinely believing in your customer and their story,” Jacob explains. “It’s about treating our customers with honesty and integrity.”

This philosophy shapes how he leads. As a manager, Jacob entirely rejects the phrase “that’s not my job.” He believes in working directly alongside his team to solve problems, clear hurdles, and drive results. He sees himself as a champion for his staff, focusing on providing the tools and support they need to succeed while actively defending their time to get the work done. If there is a process that can be streamlined or an automation that can make a daily task easier, Jacob is the person to solve it.

Life Beyond Marketing: Family, Laughter, and the Weekend

Jacob’s passion for bringing people together does not stop when he leaves the office. For those just meeting him, one thing you quickly learn is that he loves to make people laugh. In his view, shared laughter makes the good times even better and the hard times a lot easier to navigate.

Jacob has called Kansas City home for the last five years. Before settling down in the city, he spent time living in various small towns across Kansas.

When the weekend rolls around, Jacob is fully focused on his family. You will most likely find him out supporting his three kids at their various events alongside his wife, Amanda, or tackling home improvement projects around the house. Their busy home is rounded out by two cats and a dog.
