Business Development Manager – 3PL & Adaptive Growth Logistics
Location: Remote or On-site (Kansas City, MO)
Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission

M&M Quality Solutions is shaking up the 3PL industry with Adaptive Growth Logistics (AGL), a logistics model built to help brands scale faster and smarter. We have the leads, the marketing engine, and operational excellence. Now we need you,a strategic dealmaker who thrives on turning big opportunities into signed, profitable contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Take sales-qualified leads and drive them to a confident “yes.”
- Structure high-value, win-win contracts with scaling brands.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with decision-makers who value speed and results.
- Collaborate with our ops team to ensure every deal is deliverable and scalable.
- Own your pipeline, crush your quota, and build lasting client partnerships.
What You Bring
- 5+ years closing high-value B2B deals ($100K+ ACV) in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain.
- Expert negotiator and relationship-builder at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of logistics KPIs, service models, and client pain points.
- Competitive, proactive, and results-obsessed.
